PRIVACY POLICY

THE SHORT VERSION

PÖKITT does not collect, store, sell or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Everything the app hears and saves stays on your iPhone.

THE MICROPHONE

When you choose MIC as your input, PÖKITT listens through the microphone to find the moment each drum hit lands. That audio is analyzed in real time on your device and immediately discarded. It is never recorded, saved or sent anywhere.

BLUETOOTH

PÖKITT uses Bluetooth only to connect to a Bluetooth MIDI drum kit when you tap CONNECT BLUETOOTH KIT. It reads the drum notes your kit sends. No other Bluetooth data is used.

SONGS YOU IMPORT

Audio files you import are copied into PÖKITT's own storage on your iPhone so the app can play and analyze them. They are never uploaded. Delete a song in MY SONGS and it is removed from the app.

YOUR PRACTICE DATA

Scores, session history, badges, streaks, sync offsets and settings are saved only on your iPhone. They are not sent to us or anyone else. Deleting the app deletes them.

PURCHASES

The free trial and the one-time unlock are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. PÖKITT never sees your name, Apple ID, email or payment details. Apple's privacy policy covers those transactions.

CHILDREN

PÖKITT collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.

CHANGES

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
